How to pay ?
You can pay by credit card directly on the site. We accept CB, Mastercard and Visa cards and use the secure Stripe and PayPal platform. For any information, do not hesitate to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is the store secure?
The transmission of information is secured by the protocols in force on the Internet. Payment by credit card is made via the secure platform Stripe and PayPal. Payment card information is not transmitted to Sloft.
How is the delivery going?
We offer several shipping methods: standard shipping, express courrier or Shop2shop by Chronopost.
To minimize shipping costs we ship orders once a week on Wednesdays. The delays are then between 3 and 7 days.
Where do we deliver?
We ship worldwide.
A package in poor condition?
You have 24 hours to report a product received in poor condition by email to email@example.com with photos. we will offer you a solution.
Can I cancel an order?
You can send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 hours of placing your order, specifying the order number.
How to manage returns?
You can return a purchase within 30 days of receipt of the order for a refund by sending a message to email@example.com . Items must be returned in their packaging and in their original condition, along with the delivery note initially received with your package. The return costs are your responsibility and you are free to choose the shipping method. Of course, in the event of an error attributable to us (order preparation error), we will bear the cost of returning the item. Once the return package has been received, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible. We do not exchange products.
